Why Maintenance Matters More in the High Desert
Central Oregon is beautiful and brutal on HVAC equipment. The same dry, dusty air that gives us our sunshine works its way into filters, blower wheels, and condenser coils all summer long - systems here simply get dirtier, faster, than they do west of the Cascades. Members get both seasonal visits scheduled automatically, priority booking when the weather turns and everyone else is waiting, and a discount on any repairs we find. The plan usually costs about the same as booking the two visits separately - the priority scheduling and repair discount are effectively free.
Yes. We maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems from every major manufacturer, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Bryant, Goodman, Daikin, and Mitsubishi. You don't need to have bought the system from us - or even know who installed it.
September or early October is the sweet spot. Once the first hard frost hits Central Oregon, our schedule fills with no-heat emergencies and tune-up slots get scarce. Booking before the cold means you choose the appointment time - and any worn part we find gets replaced before it fails on a freezing night.
